Are VILAVIT products safe?

Yes, all raw materials are tested immediately before production to ensure their purity and quality. For each batch, analysis certificates are issued to guarantee quality. These tests include screenings for heavy metals, microbes, allergens, and contaminants.

Where is VILAVIT manufactured?

All VILAVIT products are manufactured in Austria under the highest quality standards. Our manufacturer operates a HACCP-certified production facility specialized in encapsulation and holds organic certification. All raw material suppliers are certified according to ISO 9001, GMP, and HACCP standards.

When should I start taking VILAVIT?

VILAVIT Female: To optimally support egg maturation and the meiosis process, we recommend starting supplementation at least 3 to 6 months before the planned pregnancy.

VILAVIT Male: To best support sperm maturation, we recommend beginning supplementation at least 3 to 6 months prior to the planned pregnancy.

VILAVIT Prenatal: To provide mother and child with the necessary minerals and vitamins, we recommend starting intake from the time of a positive pregnancy test. Continued use during breastfeeding is also advised.

Is VILAVIT suitable for vegetarians and vegans?

Yes, all VILAVIT products are 100% vegan and therefore perfectly suitable for both vegetarians and vegans. They contain no animal-derived ingredients, no gelatin, and are free from artificial colors, flavors, and preservatives. For certain vitamins, such as vitamin B12, additional supplementation may be advisable; however, we recommend discussing this with your doctor.

Is VILAVIT suitable for people with diabetes?

VILAVIT is free from carbohydrates and sugar, so it does not affect your blood glucose levels.

Can VILAVIT be taken together with other medications?

In general, there is no objection to taking VILAVIT alongside other medications.

However, we still recommend consulting your doctor if you have any questions.

Do any side effects occur when taking VILAVIT?

No, there are no known side effects.

Does VILAVIT contain genetically modified organisms (GMOs)?

No, none of our products contain genetically modified organisms (GMOs).

At what time of day is it recommended to take VILAVIT?

We recommend taking VILAVIT with a meal and water to ensure optimal absorption of fat-soluble vitamins. Since B vitamins can have a stimulating effect, we suggest taking it at breakfast or lunch.

How should I store VILAVIT supplements?

Our supplements should be stored in a cool, dry place. They should be kept away from direct sunlight and heat. Additional storage information can be found on the packaging, if available.

Are VILAVIT products recyclable?

Sustainability is important to us. Both the folding carton and the daily sachets are paper-based and fully recyclable.

Why haven't I received an order confirmation?

The order confirmation, including your order number, is automatically sent to the email address provided during purchase as soon as your order is received. If you cannot find this email, please check your spam or junk folder.

Will I receive a notification once my order has been shipped?

As soon as your order has been handed over to the shipping provider, you will receive an automatic shipping confirmation by email. If you cannot find this email, please check your spam folder.

How can I change my order?

The modification (as well as the addition) of items is unfortunately not possible once the order has been completed.

Where can I find the invoice for my order?

For sustainability reasons, we do not include a printed invoice in the package. You will automatically receive your invoice via email after placing your order.

How long does shipping take for my order?

Your order is usually delivered within 3 to 5 business days. During certain seasonal periods or promotional campaigns, delivery times may be longer. Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.

Can I return my order for a refund?

Unopened products can be returned to us within 14 days of acceptance.

Please contact info@vilavit.com and we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. We will deduct €5 from your refund to cover the costs of returning your items.

When will my subscription be billed monthly?

When you place your order, your payment method will be charged immediately, and future orders will be billed and shipped every 30 days.

How can I cancel or pause my subscription?

We know that keeping track of daily supplements can be challenging. If you feel like pausing or canceling your subscription, you can do so anytime by sending an email to info@vilavit.com. Please note, however, that if your order is already on its way, any changes to your subscription will only take effect the following month.
